Gerard C. Saponara, D.P.M.
Gerard C. Saponara, D.P.M., graduated from Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine in 1985. He is Board Certified from the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) and American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS).
Dr. Saponara has served as an Oral Examiner for Board Certification Process for the American Board of Podiatric Medicine for 21 years, and was recently President of that organization. In addition, Dr. Saponara was a former “on-site” Residency Evaluator for the Council on Podiatric Medical Education (CPME).
In previous years, Dr. Saponara served as the President of the Central Division of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association (NYSPMA). He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), and a Fellow of American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS), and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine (ACFAOM).
Dr. Saponara has practiced with Foot Specialists of CNY and lives in Central New York for over 30 years.
Joseph E. Naas, D.P.M.
Joseph E. Naas, D.P.M., graduated from Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine in 1996. He is Board Certified from the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM), and American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS).
Dr. Naas has previously served as the President of the Central Division of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association (NYSPMA).
He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS).
In the past, Dr. Naas has volunteered his time in the Country of Mexico, to provide podiatric medical and surgical care. He enjoys practicing all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery.
Dr. Naas joined Foot Specialists of CNY, PC as a practicing Podiatrist in 1998.
